It depends. If the ship is located in Barcelona, Tarragona and Vilanova it would be included but if you have to arrange delivery to other destinations there will be an additional cost.
In general we charge a 10% fee on top. Exceptions: For orders under 300€, we charge a flat rate of 30€ (concept, half an hour of work); if the final amount is over 5.000€ the percentage charged is 5% fee on top.
We have our TPA department who will confirm whether or not the order can be included under TPA.
The department will manage the return request with the supplier, which will be processed according to the policy of each company.
