Our responsibility goes beyond providing exceptional services to yachts, owners and crew. As a company deeply connected to the sea, we are committed to protecting the marine environment, supporting local communities and promoting positive change across the yachting industry. Our CSR programme combines environmental action, volunteering and partnerships with local associations and non-profit organisations. We give visibility to sustainable initiatives led by marinas, collaborate with local businesses in Palma and Barcelona, and support community campaigns such as blood donation drives.
Sustainability also begins within our offices, where we reduce paper use, encourage cycling and operate a fleet of hybrid vehicles. Together with yacht crew, we organise beach clean-ups and marine awareness activities, including scuba-diving experiences and educational sessions on the protection of Posidonia seagrass. Through these actions, we aim to inspire more responsible practices on board and contribute to a more sustainable future for our seas and communities.

ECOlution: Our Sustainability Initiative
Launched in 2025 and led by Johanna Davison, our Client Experience Manager, ECOlution is Evolution commitment to more sustainable yachting.
It highlights the sustainable actions already taking place across marinas, ports and marine conservation projects, encouraging clients, crew and industry professionals to become part of the change.
Under ECOlution, we:
Run hybrid vehicles as part of our fleet, favour digital documentation over paper, and reduce plastic use and paper waste in our offices, while encouraging cycling to work wherever possible. We work with local suppliers and collaborate with marinas that follow sustainable practices, supporting and promoting their efforts across our network. We’ve also partnered with TrueWorld Organization, a Spanish tech startup specialised in measuring, certifying and reducing carbon footprint and environmental impact.
Throughout the year, we organise beach clean-up days with yacht crew, suppliers and partners in Málaga, Barcelona and Palma, removing waste from local beaches and raising awareness of marine litter across the Mediterranean.
Supporting People and Communities
Through volunteering, awareness campaigns and collaboration with social organisations, we encourage our team and the wider yachting industry to give their time, resources and skills where they’re needed most.
Inca-Mallorca Solidaria
We have supported Inca-Mallorca Solidaria and its humanitarian work for many years, helping communities affected by poverty, displacement and conflict through projects in Senegal, Syria, Afghanistan and Ukraine.
As part of this long-standing collaboration, we also support Punts amb Vida, an initiative that brings women together through creative sewing and crochet workshops. The project promotes active ageing, social connection, skills development and volunteering, while proceeds from the handmade products are used to fund food and other humanitarian aid for vulnerable communities.
Amics de la Gent Gran
In Barcelona, we collaborate with this organisation dedicated to combating loneliness among older people through companionship and volunteering.
Our support helps sustain regular visits and activities that bring generations together, offering older residents a sense of connection and belonging. It’s a small but meaningful way for us to give back to the communities we work alongside, extending our commitment to social wellbeing beyond the yachting world.
Blood Donation
We work with the Banc de Sang i Teixits de les Illes Balears and Barcelona to promote donation campaigns across the yachting community, helping an essential local need reach a wider audience.
By encouraging crew and industry contacts to take part, we help connect a highly mobile, international community with a cause that has a direct and lasting impact on local healthcare. It’s a simple act of solidarity that reflects the values we try to bring to everything we do.
Relief Crew Foundation
The Relief Crew Foundation connects skilled yacht crew with humanitarian and environmental projects worldwide, from building schools to delivering hospitality training in refugee camps.
We support the foundation’s mission and have taken part directly, including a project in Ghana, where yacht crew helped construct essential sanitation facilities alongside local communities.
