Customs and Logistics Capabilities for Non-EU Goods
Evolution has received official authorization to operate a Temporary Storage Facility (ADT) in Mallorca.This approval enables our ADT and Customs Warehouse to operate jointly within within the same premises, providing a unified space for the management of non-EU goods. This setup streamlines procedures, improves operational control and allows goods to be linked to different customs regimes without the need to move them between separate warehouses.
What is an ADT?
A Temporary Storage Facility (ADT) is a customs-authorized area where non-EU goods may remain under customs supervision for up to 90 days. ADT compliance ensures that goods undergo the necessary check-document verification, customs controls and legal inspections before being assigned to their final customs procedure.Duties and taxes are not applied until the goods are released for free circulation, offering both operational and financial flexibility.
Operations within an ADT help reduce handling times and airport storage costs. With this new authorization, Evolution is now able to consign goods directly to our facility in Mallorca, without the need to route them through logistics hubs on the mainland.

- Direct T1 goods consignment: T1 transit documents can now be consigned directly to our ADT. Trucks transporting goods under T1 no longer require customs checks at the port. Shipments can be assigned directly to our ADT allowing immediate delivery to our facility.
